The Africa Centre of Excellence in Future Energies and Electrochemical Systems (ACE-FUELS) hosted by the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria, under the World Bank Africa Centre of Excellence (ACE) Impact project, invites suitably qualified applicants from Nigeria, Sub-Saharan Africa, and beyond, into its novel M.Sc and Ph.D degree programmmes.
The ACE-FUELS M.Sc and Ph.D programmes are designed as 18-month and 36-month intensive full-time courses respectively, including 1-6 months internship with any of the Centre’s several industry partners. The M.Sc and Ph.D degrees are awarded in four research focus areas of the Centre. These are:

These options per programme affords you, our prospective student, the opportunity to choose your most preferred option within the specified focus area in a manner that aligns most appropriately with your career objectives.
