Holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna.
He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and a Certified Procurement Officer with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) Nigeria.
He is currently undergoing a Master of Engineering (M.Eng) degree in Water Resources Engineering in FUTO.
Until his appointment to ACE-FUELS, he served in the Physical Planning and Development Unit as well as the Procurement Unit of the University. Engr. S.T. Targba is happily married and the marriage is blessed with two(2) children.
