Prof. Emeka E. Oguzie

Emeka Oguzie is a Professor of Physical Chemistry at the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO). He received his Ph.D in Physical Chemistry from the University of Calabar. He was a visiting (CAS-TWAS) post doctoral research fellow (2006-2007) and TWAS-UNESCO Associate (2008-2011) at the State Key Laboratory for Corrosion and Protection, Institute of Metal Research, Shenyang China. He was appointed Young Affiliate of TWAS, the World Academy of Science (2017-2012). He is Fellow of the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID).

Prof. Chinyere A. Madu

She has a PhD in Physics from FUTO. Her area of specialization is in Theoretical Solid State Physics while her primary research interests are in Electronic Structure Calculations and Renewable Energy. She was a member of the Renewable and Alternative Energy Research Group (RAERG) that got the World Step-B research grant for Renewable Energy based research in FUTO. She is also a member of the multidisciplinary Electrochemical Energy, Interfaces and Nanotechnology (EMINeNT) Research group that midwifed the World Bank funded Africa Centre of Excellence in Future Energies and Electrochemical Systems ACE-FUELS. She is a fellow of the Renewable and Alternative Energy Society of Nigeria.

Engr. Prof. Nnamdi V. Ogueke

He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Masters degree in Thermal Engineering and PhD in Energy and Power from Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Nigeria. He is actively involved in research with interest in Renewable Energy and its applications in Heating, Cooling, Drying and Energy Conservation and Management. He has many journal papers/conference proceedings and patents to his credit. His paper in solar cooling was adjudged the best conference paper (for the solar heating and cooling track) during the ASME – ISES International Solar Energy Conference held in Orlando, Florida, USA from August 6 – 12, 2005.

Mr. Emmanuel C. Nwadike

Emmanuel Chijioke Nwadike holds a master’s degree in financial management technology and a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension both from Federal University of Technology Owerri. He is a Senior Member Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria, with in-depth knowledge of Branch Banking Operations, with over ten years experience in the banking sector as a Service manager/branch operations manager. He has worked as a Programme Coordinator World Health Organization (WHO) in Keystone Bank Limited.

Prof. Samuel Okechukwu Onyekuru

Professor Samuel Okechukwu Onyekuru holds a B.Sc. Degree in Geosciences. He was the Best Graduating Geoscience Student in the 1990/1991 session in the erstwhile Anambra State University of Technology (ASUTECH, now Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka). During the National Youth Service Corps programme in 1992, Prof. Onyekuru worked as the Project Geologist with Kwara Water Corporation, as well as the Corps Liaison Officer, Ilorin West Local Government Area and successfully mapped Ilorin and its Environs and was rewarded with NYSC Honours Awards.

Mrs. Chinwe A. Appiah

Mrs. Chinwe A. Appiah is a Principal Assistant Registrar in the Registry Department of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language (B. A. Ed.), from the University of Port-Harcourt, Rivers State. She is a professional administrator with over ten (10) years experience in providing high quality administrative support for Management, a member of the Association of Nigerian Universities Professional Administrators (ANUPA) (2008), the Institute of Mass Communication and Information Management of Nigeria (IMIM) (2009) and presently a member of the Management Team of the Africa Centre of Excellence in Future Energies and Electrochemical Systems, FUTO.

Engr. Dr. Nnaemeka Ohia

Engr. Dr. Nnaemeka Ohia is the Digital Content Coordinator at ACE-FUELS and an Associate Professor (Reader) in the Department of Petroleum Engineering, Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO). He Joined the department as an experienced hire in 2005. Since then, Dr. Ohia has progressed steadily to his current position at FUTO. He obtained his Doctorate degree in July, 2012 in Petroleum Engineering from FUTO under the supervision of Prof Obah (Principal Supervisor @ FUTO), Prof Godwin Chukwu @ UAF - University of Alaska at Fairbanks and Late Dr. Aguta, also at FUTO as co-supervisors. He had previously received his M.Eng. degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Port Hardcourt, Choba under the supervision of late Prof Chi Ikoku and Prof. Onyekonwu.

Prof. (Mrs.) Toochukwu E. Ogbulie

Professor Toochukwu Ekwutosi Ogbulie is a Professor of Biotechnology at the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO). She holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Biotechnology with, M.Sc., and B.Sc. in Microbiology. She is a registered Environmental Specialist (RES, A306) with specialization in Bioenergy and Environment under National Registry of Environmental Professionals, NREP USA.

Diala Stanley Okechukwu

Diala Stanley O. is an academic staff – a lecturer II in Computer Science Department (CSC), FUTO. He holds B.Tech (in 2007, FUTO), M.Sc (2012), & Ph.D in View (University of Ibadan) degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, and Computer Science respectively with research interest in Internet Technology, Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence. His professional qualification includes: Graduate, PCM, Nigeria Institute of Management (Chattered), Oracle Certified Associate (OCA); Membership of Professional Bodies: Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), Nigeria Computer Society (NCS, 09465), Computer Professional (Registration Council of Nigeria) (CPN, 004486/2015). Stanley has over 10 years of experience in his profession, attended conferences, workshops and have publications of Papers and Books

Mr Lucky N. Onuoha

Mr Lucky N. Onuoha is a deputy director of Audits at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Nigeria. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Nigeria, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Accounting

Engr. Dr. Innocent O. Arukalam

Dr. Innocent Okechi Arukalam is a lecturer at the Department of Polymer and Textile Engineering, Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO). He earned his B.Eng in Polymer and Textile Engineering (2007), MSc in Polymer Science and Engineering (2010) and PhD in Polymer Science (2014) from FUTO. In his dissertation, he worked on the use of some selected polymeric materials as inhibitors for mild steel, aluminium and copper corrosion in acidic media. After the completion of his PhD, in 2015, Dr. Arukalam proceeded for a two-year postdoctoral research fellowship under the framework of the Chinese Academic of Sciences – President’s International Fellowship Initiative (CAS-PIFI) at the Institute of Metal Research (IMR), Shenyang, China

Engr. Shadrach T. Targba

Holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and a Certified Procurement Officer with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) Nigeria.

Ifeanyi Chukwuka Onwuneme

Ifeanyi Chukwuka Onwuneme is a Consultant to the Africa Centre of Excellence in Future Energies and Electrochemical Systems (ACE-FUELS). He has a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Management, from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, with First Class Honours. He also has a master's degree in Public Administration and Leadership, from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management, South Korea, and is currently pursuing his doctoral studies at Hannam University, South Korea.
