Within the framework of our Change for Sustainability (C4S) Campaign, ACE-FUELS partnered with the management of Imo State National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), to train Corps members on Energy Transition and Renewable Energy Technologies, through the Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) programme.

This collaboration closely aligns with the mission of the ACE-FUELS Change for Sustainability Campaign, to train 50,000 youth by the end of 2030, equipping them with relevant knowledge and skills to play strategic roles in the national and global energy transition.

The 9-day training was an all-encompassing blend of lectures and hands-on activities, focussed on clean energy, renewable energy technologies, storage systems, energy access, and sustainable entrepreneurship.

A total of 130 Corps members were trained and certified.
