Prof. Emeka E. Oguzie (Centre Leader, ACE-FUELS) joined other hydrogen energy stakeholders at the NIGERIA4H2 Project Kickoff Forum and Stakeholders Interaction held at the Wazobia Hall, Abuja Continental Hotel.
The Nigeria4H2 project, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and timResearch, seeks to investigate the potential for green hydrogen and the enabling framework for production and adoption of green hydrogen for sustainable energy transition in Nigeria.
The meeting affirmed a positive prospect that Nigeria can be a key player in the global energy transition, based on the potential for solar-driven green hydrogen production, both for local consumption and for export.
ACE-FUELS remains a key player, supporting the Nigerian Energy Transition Plan and Green Hydrogen Economy, through high-level training and capacity building, research and innovation.
ACE-FUELS now offers Hydrogen Energy Specialization in its international Master’s programme in Future Energies.
